Vinification
Manual harvesting is carried out at night to preserve the rose from oxidation and to keep its freshness and its flavors. The winemaking is carried out in stainless steel vats where the grapes are stored immediately after the harvest so that the juice becomes colored naturally on contact with the skin. A meticulous process allows the extraction of a maximum of aromas obtaining the characteristically light color of the Provence rose. To obtain a rose wine of great finesse, the alcoholic fermentation takes place on clear juices. Then, temperature controlled vinification. Aged in vats off fine lees.
Visual aspect
Clear and bright with a light pink hue.
