Terroir
In the heart of Provence region, the Clay-limestone soils partially in terraces located at an average of 350 meters and the large presence of the sun in Provence area allow grapes to reach an excellent ripeness for the harvest.
Food pairing
It is ideal to accompany all your fish, grilled meats and salads.
Tasting notes
This wine has a beautiful pale color with bright highlights with a fresh nose, with notes of red fruits. Its palate is soft and fruity, with a strong personality.
Vinification
Grapes are harvested early in the morning to avoid the high temperature of the day and keep the aromas. After harvesting the grapes are destemmed and then pressed into juice, which is stabilized at cold temperature for few days. Then starts the fermentation which is also done at controlled temperature, between 16 Celsius and 18 Celsius at a slow pace to allow all the aromas to be kept in the wine.
