Description

The arrival of Winter en Provence is always exciting for us as it is the first Provence Rose we receive of the new vintage. The fun label and case design make it the perfect Rose for the Winter season. A delicate blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah & Vermentino with a very pale hue, an expressive nose of red fruits and mild citrus. It is a well-rounded Rose, light and fresh, with a delightful finish.

Tasting notes

This elegant Rose wine has a light color, very pale. It’s nose is expressive, with notes of red fruits and mild citrus. It is a well-rounded Rose, light and fresh, with a delightful finish. The perfect pairing with light salads, light pasta and rice dishes, especially with seafood, raw and lightly cooked shellfish and grilled fish and goats' cheeses. Serve at a temperature btween 8 and 10 degrees celcius.

Terroir

Located in Seillons la Sainte Baume, the selected plots extend over 20 hectares. The altitude of the vineyard is extended between 360and 420 meters. The soil is clay-limestone in valleys and in the cultivated areas, composed of sand bauxite and marble for the parts located in the extension of the Sainte Victoire.
