Food pairing

Excellent as an aperitif or an accompaniment to your meals, pairing wonderfully with great salads, grilled fish, white meat, pasta or rice dishes. Its roundness brings it up to the dessert. Serve at a temperature between 7 and 9 degrees Celcius.

Vinification

After a traditional vinification, dealcoholisation is carried out by vacuum distillation in a Spinning Cones Column. This innovative process does not require the addition of chemicals or heating. No less than 30 hours are needed to delicately remove the alcohol from the wine. The structure of the wine and its aromatic quality are thus preserved, with no added aromas, for an authentic and natural taste.
