Tasting notes

Bright pale ruby Fresh aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry and rose petal with subtle garrigue notes Light bodied and silky, with crisp acidity, delicate red fruit and a fresh, balanced finish. Serve well chilled, like a white or rosé.

Terroir

Dark volcanic soil and schist.

Winemaking

The grapes are hand harvested early in the season to preserve lightness. After being destemmed, they macerate for three weeks at a moderate temperature with short pump overs, to enhance aromatic expression and freshness. Bottled in the spring.
