Fabulous bouquet that's a wide tapestry of spicy, savory and earthy aromas. Rich and very dense, yet super-precise and energetic, this great masterpiece makes it clear that Echezeaux is not a minor grand cru by any stretch of the imagination. Super-long, very structured yet polished finish. Drink or hold.

There's fine tension between elegance and power in this somewhat expressive yet firmly structured red. Black cherry, black currant, violet and mineral notes are the core elements, with bracing acidity and a long, complex aftertaste. Shows superb balance and sophistication.
