Tasting notes
Pale gold in colour, Meursault Chateau de Blagny 2007 offers a developed nose marked by peppery mint and white flower scents. Full wine, fresh and very powerful in the mouth. The floral and mineral notes are accompanied by citrus flavours on the finale. Beautiful length.
Description
An exclusive of Maison Louis Latour (monopole), the Chateau de Blagny is located high on the hillside overlooking Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet. A wonderful wine traditionally vinified and matured in small oak barrels. It displays all the attributes of exemplary white Burgundy, showing opulence and a minerally freshness, coupled with rich, fat flavours which develop magnificently over time.
