A remarkably open and immediately attractive wine for this grand cru. Enormous depth of caramelized quince and quince paste character with accents of candied orange peel, acacia blossoms and persimmon. Full-bodied but beautifully balanced and beautifully crafted, the oak already very well integrated. Not as imposing as other vintages of this wine, but that makes easier to drink young. The fourth vintage of this wine. Drink or hold.

This expressive white features peach, pineapple and melon flavors, with a hint of orange peel. Rich and accessible now, with good acidity and a spicy, lingering finish.
