Tasting notes
Color: Light golden colour with greenish tints.
Nose: Nice, fresh and aromatic with white flowers notes and flint hints.
Palate: Crisp on the palate with pleasant acidity and excellent length with notes of citrus and nutty characters.

Food pairing
Ideal as an aperitif and especially with fish, shellfish, soft and hard cheeses.
History
The vines, on average, are 35 years of age and the grapes are harvested a little later than those in the same area. The vines are facing south-east and are growing in soil made up from a mixture of brown clay and limestone.
Vinification
Traditional vinification. Harvest is pressed immediatly and sent in stainless steel vats for fermentation. 50% aged in 2-3 vintages old French Oak barrels for 8 months, 50% in stainless steel tanks.
