Estate
Amelie comes from a family of winegrowers that owns 280 Ha of vines in Bordeaux region.
In 2015, she bought 10 Ha in Saint Sulpice de Faleyrens, south west of Saint Emilion and created Chateau Abelyce from scratch using the names of two children, Jean Abel and Alice. With years, she bought more vines, today the estates is 17,5 Ha. In 2015, a new cellar has been built. This new investment permits to develop the estate in terms of quality and communication. The tasting room shows an exceptional view on Saint Emilion village.
Harvest
Vineyard management plot by plot, severe pruning double guyot, leaf thining, bunch thining, carefully sorted by hand and machine.

Vinification
Stainless steel fermenting vats temperature controlled, catch the cap by hand, ageing in French oak barrels, average length 18 month, 30% in new barrels.
