Château Les Hauts de Pez is the second label of Château Tour de Pez which has a past that stretches a long way back in time ; thanks to a meticulous study of archives, this past has been reconstructed. The name of the hamlet Pez originaites from the seigniory that belonged to the Pontac and Fumel families in the 16th century.

Tasting notes

Made from younger vines, Château Les Hauts de Pez is rounder and more supple than Tour de Pez. The palate is luscious, rich with black fruits aromas and its delicate woody notes. It is a deliciously full-bodied and complex Saint Estèphe, with well-rounded tannins and a fruity finish, that is the perfect companion for mature cheeses, red meats, or chocolate.
