A soft and velvety red with plum and chocolate character. Medium to full body, round tannins and a juicy finish. Lots of cabernet franc this year. 30% in blend. But still mostly cabernet sauvignon. Second wine of Tertre.

Technical Details

Ageing

100% in barrel of French oak. Age of barrels 30% new every year. Length of ageing in barrel 12 - 15 months.

Soil

Garonnais gravel and glaciated sand.

Vinification

Wooden and concrete vats. Temperature control thermoregulation.
