A touch of Cabernet Franc in this wine has brought out perfumes that contrast with the indulgent Merlot. The wine has weight, concentration and structure. Give it time and drink from 2022.

Technical Details

Winery Technical Data

Area: 25 Hectares.
Soil: Limestone and clay, mainly sandy-clayey with hard pan and iron dross subsoil.
Grapes: 85% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc.

Tasting notes

Deep and intense crimson robe. Fine nose of ripe grapes, with elegant toasted and vanilla oak aromas confirmed in the mouth. Elegance, balance and harmony.

Vinification

Harvesting: By hand, carried in smallcrates with selective sorting.
Vinification: vinification chai with thermoregulated concrete vats.
Maturing: 18 months in oak barrels, 1/3 new every year.
Fining: in vats, with egg white.
