Vinification
In the best tradition of Saint-Emilion wine. Chateau Basque was cited Cru Bourgeois in 1949. Chateau Basque, vinified Union of Producers of Saint-Emilion, where it has its own tanks, has an automated receipt of original harvest. Temperature controlled fermentation and long maceration can express the characteristics of its grape and its terroir.
