Tasting notes

The color is deep red. The palate is very aromatic with notes of cherry, black fruits, and licorice. The mid-palate is dense, with silky tannins. The wine is long and concentrated.

Vinification

At low temperatures and reduced pumping over, excellent extraction with plenty of color and body, malolactic fermentation in vats and barrels.
