Creamy vanilla and spices to the gooseberry and green-mango fruit. Fresh, crisp and medium-bodied, with good acidity, a bone-dry mid-palate and a lightly saline, creamy finish. 50% sauvignon and 50% semillon. It will come together in a year or two.

The 2024 Cuvee Caroline was vinified and aged in barrel. Lemon confit, white flowers, mint, spice and a light tropical note are all amplified by the French oak. All of the elements are very nicely balanced. This is shaping up quite well.

This intense wine is set for aging. Its ripe fruits and its toasty aroma show the wine's weight and balance. This is a rich wine, produced by the Leveque family, full of pear and apple flavors with a spicy aftertaste.
