Intense aromas of flint, matchstick, stony minerals and dried apples and pears. Heather, too. Medium- to full-bodied with a creamy texture that caresses the palate. Already in balance. Second wine of Domaine de Chevalier. Drink this and enjoy.

The 2022 L'Esprit de Chevalier Blanc is a terrific second wine from Domaine de Chevalier. Soft contours wrap around a core of apricot, mint, white flowers, sage and citrus peel.
