Tasting Notes
The red wine develops fine notes of black currant and black berries on the nose and in the mouth. On the palate, Cabernet Sauvignon shows soft rich tannins as well as the smoky character.
Vinification
Vatting for 3 to 4 weeks in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats. Barrel aging for 12 months (30% new oak).Merlot
and machine for the Cabernet Sauvignon. Sorting in the vat room.
