This fine range, composed of Brut and Rosé sparkling wines, embodies Calvet's excellence and know-how to make the most of the brand. Indeed, it offers you the opportunity to taste Bordeaux wines in an unexpected and new way, a sparkling one!

Grapes manually harvested in small boxes, pressed and settled. Alcoholic fermentation with temperatures controlled at 16-18°C. Followed by second fermentation in bottles for 9 months before disgorging and dosage.
