Tasting notes
Nice plum-ruby color accompanied by a floral note. The palate is structured with firm tannins and shows lovely forward fruit, too. It's rich, intense and vivid with red fruit. Quite elegant and perfumed, it has amazing balance and purity.
Vinification
- Both mechanical and handpicked
- Manual sorting of grapes both in the vineyard and entry to the cellars to ensure the quality of grapes which go in the tanks
- Controlled temperature fermentation with 18 - 21 days dependant on the vintage; the wines are finally blended after tasting of each tank with our oenologist
