Often rich, deep, sandy-surface soils.

Tasting notes

Bright red color with a medium intensity. Notes of citrus fruits on the nose, like orange and lemon, with some spicy notes. The palate is sweet, fresh, supple, and round.

Vinification

The base wines are made following the traditional process, with a few days catting followed by the pressing. Blending of the aromas, sugar and water, before the bottling.
