Tasting notes

This is an intense and fine dry Rosé, dominated by notes of red berries. The combination of fine bubbles and delicate aromas makes this a delightfully light and silky Rosé. Aromas in the mouth evoke flavors of red berries, cherries and strawberries that are mellow yet well-balanced. Serve as an aperitif but also to complement red berry desserts, fruit salads and some fruit pastries.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested, gently pressed, and go through a cold settling and finally fermentation at low temperature. Bottle fermentation takes place in pressure tanks for six months. These six months of ageing will give this superior sparkling wine its complexity.
