Ripe black fruits, ground pepper, leather, iron, and hints of spring flowers all emerge from the 2020 Collioure Chrysopee, a powerful, concentrated, layered, yet incredibly pure Collioure that has ripe, building tannins, beautiful overall balance, and a great finish. Based on 85% Grenache and 15% Mourvedre, it has at least a decade of prime drinking.

A blend of 85% Grenache and 15% Mourvedre, the 2020 Collioure Chrysopee looks like another winner, with lots of cherries, accented by complex hints of leather, dried spices and garrigue. It's full-bodied but framed by fine-grained tannins, finishing, long, elegant and seamless.
