The 2018 Collioure Chrysopee is a step up over the classic Collioure and has incredible aromatics of iodine, spring flowers, salty minerality, and ripe cherries and framboise fruit. Rich, full-bodied, and ethereally textured, it's another brilliant wine that tastes like the essence of this seaside appellation.

The medium to full-bodied 2018 Collioure Chrysopee features a ridiculous swirling together of raspberries and cherries into a supple, creamy parfait of stunning fruit flavor. It's ripe without excessive weight, picking up hints of licorice and crushed stone on the long, silky finish.
