Description

MIMI is an affectionate nickname and a common term of endearment. The "MIMI" brand was created by Vins Breban company in 2014. Highlighting the winemaking expertise of Vins Breban, MIMI is the product of only the best rose wines produced in partnership with different wineries.

Estate

The Breban company is one of the last family owned company producing artisanal sparkling wines in the South of France. The House of Breban Wines ("Vins Breban") has been producing and supplying a wide range of wines of varying styles and aromas to restaurants and retail distributors since 1952. The grand-father, Raymond, started elaborating sparkling wine in his garage in 1942. He has then decided to add a full range of wines. Since that time, two generation have been managing the company with the same passion and philosophy for quality. Today, they are famous in France and all over the world for the quality of their wines and for their premium hand-crafted sparkling wines.

Food Pairing

The sparkling wine MIMI rose brut is a delightful compliment to many dessert dishes. It can also be appreciated when served as an aperitif. Best to be served at a temperature of 8 C to 10 C.
