This delicous sparkling Rosé opens with aromas of berries and an elegant floral fragrance. Tiny bubbles join harmoniously with flavors of minerality, mixed berries, citrus and fresh herbs on the palate. A very user friendly sparkling wine for any occation.

This Syrah was selected for its fruity notes and so brings a vivacity and freshness ideal for all occasions.

Vinification

The juices undergo a rigorous selection process before natural fermentation in order to develop effervescence. This process takes place in small vats in order to ensure a consistent fermentation. At the end of the wine preparation process, the residual sugar dosage is adapted to suit the personality of the Syrah.
