All wines are certified Vegan. This Pinot Noir is a blend of 90% Pinot Noir, 5% Malbec & 5% Syrah grapes for added complexity and balance. The final blend was then aged for 2 months in French and American oak barrels.

Food pairing

This Pinot Noir is a great choice for all sorts of pasta, sushi, seafood and mild fish. It is also excellent when accompanying salads or dishes with pesto sauces.

Tasting notes

Soft ruby red color. The nose is expressive with notes of cherry and raspberry accompanied by vanilla and toast. The palate has a great acidity and long finish.
