Tasting notes

The harmonious balance of the grapes gives a great fineness and a subtle fruit. The permanent work made in the vineyard in the purest tradition of Bordeaux allows to obtain a wine with very well-balanced tannins, round and easy to drink, very pleasant in the mouth.

Vinification

Grass growing, green harvesting. Harvested by machine in strict sorting. Traditionnal vinification in thermoregulated stainless steel vats.
