Background
Heart of Bordeaux Region in Sauveterre-de-Guyenne France. Over 2 000 years of winemaking tradition in this region. Generational family estate supervised by winemaker'lab Michel Roland.
Food pairing
Ideal with starters and also Sushi, grilled fish, ceviche, summer salads, and white meats.
Serve chilled at 46-50F (8-10C).
Tasting notes
Pale straw yellow with shiny green notes. Bright citrus aromas led by lemon and grapefruit, complemented by
white fruit notes (pear and peach) on the nose. Delicate aromas of fresh pastry. Crisp and refreshing start with a smooth, rounded mid-palate. The
finish is clean, vibrant, and well-balanced, showing excellent aromatic tension on the palate.
Terroir
Limestone and clay soils. Perfect-exposed hillside vineyards with drainy soils.
Vinification
Gentle direct pressing with cold settling. Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and pure expression of the grape varietal. Aged on fine lees to enhance texture and mouthfeel. Estate bottled.
