Traditional in thermoregulated stainless steel vats. The wine is made using traditional Bordeaux processes and then more modern ageing methods set in place in a recently built, state of the art vinifying cellar. Yields are controlled to obtain the right balance and concentration. Finally, particular importance is attached to harvesting when the grapes are fully ripe. It is this expertise which gives Chateau Bois Pertuis its elegance and its grandeur.

Serve with mixed fried mushrooms or chocolate dessert.

Tasting Notes

Color: Chateau Bois Pertuis offers a lovely garnet red color, with brilliant shades of violet.
Nose: The nose is powerful, complex and offers spicy, delicate mocha and vanilla aromas.
Palate: On the palate, the wine si full and well-balanced, with delicious notes of morello cherry, and chocolate. It ends on a long finish.

Vinification

The terroir of Chateau Bois Pertuis is made up of gravel and sand which brings finesse, and clay for richness.
