Description

A perennial French favorite from Guillaume Touton's own vineyard in Bordeaux. White Bordeaux only makes up about 7% of wines sold from the region, the rest is red. While the region is famous for its high-priced collector wines, they make up less than 5% of the region’s production. The remaining wines of Bordeaux offer exceptional value, if you know where to look! This classic wine is produced in 100% temperature controlled fermentation tanks and never aged in oak to retain it fresh and fruity nature.

Monsieur Touton Sauvignon Blanc possesses just the right amount of zesty Sauvignon Blanc flavors that let you know that it's distinctively French, but the acidity that it delivers really pops nicely for a white Bordeaux without the pucker up style of a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc (no Semillon), crisp, vibrant and fresh.
