Here's the proof that Aloxe-Corton can produce well-structured and sophisticated wines. Only red fruit, but at the riper end of that spectrum, with just a hint of positive vegetal character. The healthy tannins build very nicely in the finish, and there's a mineral freshness that gives this an extra dimension. Drink or hold.
