Perfect as an appetizer, any kind of fish and seafood.
Tasting notes
Yellow straw colour with green hints. Intense aromas of fruits (pear, apple, lemon), as well as aromatic herbs and white flowers. Very intense in the mouth, with reminiscence of fruits and flowers. Elegant and persistent. This Rias Baixas wine ages very well in the months following its bottling.
Winemaking
Cold maceration of the grapes followed by a controlled soft pressing. Once the sediments have been settling down, the juice is fermented under controlled temperature of 16°C during 20 days.
