A unique terroir, a sustainable wine...
The Camargue is well-known for its magnificent landscape as well as its typical fauna and flora. One less well-known fact is that it is home to a remarkable vineyard: The Vignoble des Sables
Vineyards extend over 1,700 hectares within 3,500 hectares of natural park. This perfect balance between vines and unspoiled nature is the essential pre-requisite for sustainable winemaking and biodiversity
The sandy soils of Sables de Camargue are combined deposits from the Rhone river, The Mediterranean sea and wind. The mistral wind from the sea keeps the vineyards at optimal temperature, and allows the grapes to gradually reach maturity.

Vinification
The wines are farmed sustainably with no pesticides. It is a wine called "Gris" obtained through a first static draining, without any maceration at all. It has a pale pink-greyish color with a nice finesse. Partial malolactic fermentation gives suppleness to this wine.
