Tasting notes
An intense red color with deep crimson tints. Rich and long-lasting red-fruit aromas (cassis and wild strawberries), along with notes of mild spices. Full and unctuous on the palate, as tannins and an elegant structure support the complex aromatics.
Harvest
Harvested in the coolest hours of the night to protect and retain the fruity aromas from the grape.
Terroir
The pinot noir was planted in a very well drained, clay, gravel and sand area, with a good available water reserve. The south of France climate and the water availability is the perfect combination for the complete ripening of the fruit.
