Chateau
Family property own from 4 generations. Tired of their routine, Eric Bordron decided to get back to his winemaker roots and recover the name of “Château”. He wanted to create a brand new winery with the technology he likes which matches his way of working. He works with his wife in all positions and they try to always make improvements, for the best result in the cellar.
