Food pairing
This delightfully aromatic, elegantly wine makes a superb match for a slow-roast leg of lamb or stewed dishes.
Tasting note
An appealing nose, aromatic with hints of pepper and black berry fruit. Good body and really well-judged balance. It is complete and long in the mouth with the oak well integrated on the finish.

Estate
Chateau Yon is situated near Saint Christophe des Bardes at the bottom of the slopes and the 6 hectares of estate vineyards benefit from good exposure to the south. This is big hitting Saint Emilion which really lives up to its Grand Cru billing.
