Fermentation is achieved in thermoregulated vats. After clarifying, it is bottled on the premises, with an annual production of 30,000 bottles.
Due to its exposure and the quality of its soil, the Château Michel de vert produces round, charmer and fruity Lussac Saint-Emilion wines which are also perfectly suitable for further ageing.
