Planted in 1999 at a density of 5500 vines per hectare. 1,100 meters above sea level.

Winemaking
Grape harvest: Manual selection before and after destemming, then moved to stainless steel tanks by gravity.
Maceration: 7 days in the cold.
Fermentation: 30 days.
Malolactic fermentation: Spontaneous fermentation over 20 days at 18°C. Aging: 40% in new French oak barrels, 30% in used French oak barrels, 30% in stainless steel tanks. Over 12 months.
Bottling: 9th August 2010 (without filtration).
Maceration: 7 days in the cold.
